This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the demands and preferences of the RV owner community in relation to aftermarket parts and accessories, alongside their experiences and how they influence their actions. The report delves into patterns associated with the information-seeking and purchasing activities of recreational vehicle owners concerning aftermarket components. Furthermore, the report offers insights into the role aftermarket parts and accessories play in enriching the overall caravanning and camping experience for consumers, as well as how they integrate into their nomadic lifestyle.

The results presented in this report are based on 729 questionnaires completed between December 2022 and January 2023. Data was collected using an online survey delivered via email to a database of Australian caravan and camping consumers that currently own a recreational vehicle.
